He works at Exxon (formerly known as Esso) for 10 years before entering Baccarat Pacific in 1983 as General Manager and becoming President and CEO in 1994. Thanks to his hard work and his revolutionary ideas, Baccarat Pacific has since transformed from a dishware company into one of the most sought-after luxury brands in Japan.
